Subscription services are billed at the frequency and for the duration specified at sign-up. If no end date is provided, subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled.
Our Services & FAQs
Delivery Policy
Wildflower is dedicated to delivering the freshest flowers efficiently. Deliveries occur once per day, Monday to Friday, between 11 AM and 5 PM.

Same-Day Delivery: Available Monday through Friday with an order cut-off time of 11:30 AM, and Saturday by 10:30 AM. Please call the shop at 208-384-9985 to place your same-day delivery order.

Time-Sensitive Deliveries: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. However, for a $10 fee, we can accommodate specific time requests, except for schools and businesses, which are exempt.

Delivery Information: Both the recipient's and sender's phone numbers are required for accurate delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, we will reschedule with a $10 fee.
Where Do Our Flowers Come From?
We source the majority of our flowers from local Boise farmers and small farms in Oregon, California, and Washington. For specialty or out-of-season blooms, we work with international markets through trusted wholesalers.
How Often Do You Receive Shipments?
We receive fresh flower shipments daily. Our commitment to quality ensures flowers arrive in-store approximately 24 hours after being cut, compared to the industry standard of 3-4 days.
Flower Substitutions
Due to seasonal and market conditions, specific flowers may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we replace them with equally beautiful flowers of similar color, size, and value, ensuring your arrangement meets our high standards.

Winter Hours:
Monday through Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 3 PM
Fresh Flower Care
To extend the life of your flowers:

Change the water daily.

Keep the water level at the top of the vase.

Re-cut stems every other day.

Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and air-conditioning.
Pick-Up Options
Yes, you can pick up your order at our shop located at 1519 N 13th St, Boise, ID 83702, in Hyde Park.
Guarantee Policy
We guarantee our fresh flowers for 48 hours. If issues arise, please contact us within this timeframe for troubleshooting. Due to Idaho’s high desert climate, some flowers may have shorter lifespans. Proof of photo or in-person exchange is required. No refunds are provided.
Wedding Consultations
We offer complimentary 30-minute wedding consultations. Contact us at wildflowerfloralcompany@gmail.com to book yours. Please note, we take a select number of weddings per season.

Cancellation Policy

Floral Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations require a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not provided for perishable items like flowers. For other goods, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original condition.
Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Payments for subscriptions are processed automatically based on your chosen frequency.
Seasonal & Holiday Deliveries
Delivery times and availability may vary during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Early orders are strongly encouraged to ensure availability.

Custom designs and large orders may require advance notice. Contact us directly to discuss your needs.
